RESERVE BANK OF INDIA RBI , CENTRAL RECRUITMENT CELL , HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT IS INVITING ONLINE APPLICATION FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF ASSISTANT POSTS FROM THE ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES AND THE DETAILS ARE AS GIVEN BELOW
NAME OF THE POST : ASSISTANTS
VACANCY : 1000 POSTS
SALARY AND PAY : Selected Candidates will draw a starting basic pay of ` 8,860/- per month (i.e. ` 8,040/-plus two advance increments admissible to graduates only) in the scale of ` 8,040 – 410 – 9270 – 500 – 11,270 –550 – 13,470 – 650 – 15,420 – 720 – 16,140 – 990 – 20,100 (20 years) and other allowances,viz. Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance, Transport Allowance etc., as admissiblefrom time to time. At present, initial monthly Gross emoluments for Assistants is approximately ` 19,340/-
AGE LIMIT : CANDIDATES AGE MUST BE 18 TO 28 YEARS AS ON 1 MARCH 2012
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : At least a Bachelor’s Degree in any disciplinewith a minimum of 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWD candidates) in the aggregate and the knowledge of word processing on PC. A candidate belonging to Ex-servicemen category should either be a graduate from a recognized University or should have passed the matriculation or its equivalent examination of the Armed Forces and rendered at least 15 years of defence service.
SELECTION PROCEDURE :" CANDIDATES WOULD BE SELECTED THROUGH WRITTEN EXAM AND INTERVIEW .
WRITTEN EXAM WE PATTERN AND SYLLABUS AND QUESTION PAPER MODEL : Written examination will be Objective type and consist of five Objective Type tests,viz. (i) Test of Reasoning (ii) Test of English Language (iii) Test of Numerical Ability (iv) Test of General Awareness and (v) Test of Computer Knowledge, each part carrying 40 marks. A candidate has to qualify in each part of the Objective test separately
APPLICATION FEE : Rs.385/- (Rupees three hundred eighty five only). No fee is payable by SC/ST/PWD candidates. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances

RESERVE BANK OF INDIA RBI IS INVITING APPLICATIONS FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF SECURITY GUARDS POSTS FROM THE ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES AND THE DETAILS ARE AS GIVEN BELOW

NAME OF THE POST : SECURITY GUARDS
VACANCY : 19 POSTS
SALARY AND PAY :  Initial starting pay of Rs.6350 + A.S.P. Rs.170 per month
AGE LIMIT : Normal age limit is 25 years as on February 1, 2012 (28 years for OBC and 30 years for SC/ST) is further relaxable to the extent of number of years of service in Armed Forces + 3 years subject to maximum upper age limit of 45 years. In case of dispute regarding age, the date of birth as recorded in the school leaving certificate shall be final.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :  Minimum Xth  std pass.  Maximum under graduate. An Ex-Service Man having passed Army Special Certificate of Education will be deemed to be a Matriculate.  The captioned qualification must have been entered in Soldier's Discharge Book and supported by the necessary certificate.
In the event of any certificate being unavailable, the candidate is advised to get the necessary endorsement made in the Soldier's Discharge Book. Graduates/Degree holders are not eligible and need not apply.
